This 10,000 square foot, single family, residence is a multi level building utilizing structural steel, wood frame construction, masonry and laminated wood beams.
 
The complicated geometry of the curved slope added to the challenge of working in the harshest of environments. The building utilizes radiant heat along with passive solar heat through a large expanse of glazing on the south elevations. Site improvements include tennis court, stone walks, walls and patios.
