Excellent compensation package for Shop Superintendent position. Job responsibilities require ability to work independently with experience in planning and developing effective maintenance programs. Overall management of shop facility. Repair and maintenance of WCC fleet of pickup trucks, trailers and heavy equipment. Vermont State vehicle inspections. Strong troubleshooting skills in gas and diesel engine repairs, hydraulic and electrical systems. Repairs and maintenance for over 1,000 small tools in WCC inventory. Maintenance for WCC office and shop facilities. Purchase order management relating to shop purchases. Welding, equipment operation and Class A CDL highly desired.
