The Main Street Arts project consisted of Brownfield contaminated soil remediation, site drainage, new building addition to incorporate an elevator and improved access via new stairs between all 3 building levels. Incorporated is a new sprinkler system building-wide, new efficient lighting, new main entrance and ADA compliant building access.
