Wright Construction Co. teamed up with Springfield Hospital in the renovation and addition to a former Bed & Breakfast located on Elm Street in Ludlow, VT.
 
This new, 6,000 square foot facility would become the home of the Ludlow Health Center and accommodate the growing needs of the community. Maintaining the building’s original look was as important to the Owner as creating an energy efficient building.
 
The facility was designed to maintain the architectural style of the original building. A state of the art, web based HVAC control system that can be monitored through the Internet, provides the desired energy efficiency. This team is proud to create a facility through the adaptive reuse of an existing building.
