This project was a complete renovation at the historic Inn at Water's Edge in Ludlow Vermont. Located on Echo Lake, this Inn is a hidden water-front gem. The Owner's and Wright worked solo on this project when it came to design and architecture. The work of Project Manager Rick Cross and Superintendent Justin Baker consisted of removing 20,000sf of wallpaper and replacing it with wainscoting, updating the carpets, refurbishing original flooring wherever possible, adding beautiful stone work in the gathering area, totally transforming the bathrooms with custom tile and warm wood elements. The lobby was elevated with custom wood beams and metal railings as well. Not to mention by updating the roof insulation, this huge Inn is now operating at 43% higher efficiency!
