Doing it the "Wright" Way since 1984!

The renovation project to the Bentley House located at Green Mountain College in Poultney was divided into 2 phases. 

 

Phase 1: Major interior renovations to the first floor and new addition for the Lula lift. The renovations consisted of refinishing historic hardwood floors, bathroom renovations, new windows, metal roofing, plumbing & electrical revisions to existing systems, new boiler controls.

 

Phase 2: Consisted of completing the remaining second floor restorations similar to Phase I and included spray foam insulating the attic.
