Addition & Renovation to the Brandon Medical Center, Brandon, VT

Renovation & Fit-up of the Dental Office, 69 Allen Street, Rutland, VT
 
The Community Health Centers for the Rutland Region, headed up by Grant Whitmer, Executive Director, called on Wright Construction to assist them in their construction needs.  First came the interior renovation of the existing Brandon Medical Center to incorporate a new pharmacy and staff spaces coupled with a modest building addition to provide four new patient exam rooms, add one office as well as remodel and enlarge the waiting room.

On the heels of the Brandon project came the renovation and fit-up for a dental suite at 69 Allen Street.  The dental office provides state of the art dental technology and capacity to serve as many as 9 patients simultaneously.  This project was done via the Construction Management format with Wright Construction Company serving the Owner as the Construction Manager.  This project was completed in 15 weeks.
